Important Information about your stay in Casa Mila

  • The accommodation Casa Mila is designed for a maximum of 8 (beds) +2 (sofa bed “Hemnes”) people.

  • There is only one bathroom with a toilet in the house

  • Arrival and departure is generally possible on any day of the week.

  • Check-in is possible after 3pm and check-out until 10:00.

  • Minimum stay in summer season is 7 nights.

  • Waste separation is a very important issue in Sardinia, so please pay particular attention to this.

  • *The prices listed per night are for the whole house filled up with max. 6 people. The price for more than 6 people is increased by bed linen and cleaning costs (20€/person/night)

  • The accommodation price includes: tourist tax, bed linen, towels, energy, WiFi connection, final cleaning (for max. 6 people)

Payment & Cancellation Policy

  • A deposit of 50% is required for a binding reservation; we will immediately confirm that the amount has been credited to our account.

  • Cancellation policy: We will fully refund the deposit if the reservation is canceled at least 90 days before arrival.

  • If the reservation is canceled up to 60 days before arrival, the 50% deposit will be refunded.

  • After your booking request and confirmation, you will receive your personal rental agreement by email. You have 3 days from the date of receipt to return it to us signed. If we do not receive the contract back within the 3-day period, we will release the reserved period again.

  • By booking, guests agree to abide by the house rules sent via email in the form of a PDF file and to always leave the rubbish in front of the house (so that it can be picked up by a rubbish collector).

  • In the event of a booking, a deposit of 200€ is due. If the house is in order after departure, the deposit will be returned within 5 days after the departure.

  • We welcome well-behaved dogs. In this case, a deposit of: 300€ will be charged which will be refunded after departure if everything is ok.
